Cancellation Policy

Any booking cancelled within 24 hours is none refundable, due to short notice of finding a replacement player. Any booking cancelled 24 hours plus will be refunded or rescheduled depending on player request. All plays understand they must feel fit and healthy to play, while also understanding that Eastleigh Social Football and Wyvern College take no responsibility for any injuries or accidents which may happen. All players understand they must be at least 18 years of age and no older than 65 years of age to play as the stipulation of Wyvern college grounds and insurances when hiring the adult pitch sessions. All players understand this is 'social' football for all player levels, no sliding tackles or foul play is to be accepted.
